*Voting Proxy Forms must be presented at the seating of the delegates at the 1st General Session.
**Each chapter may submit the names of 2 candidates for state office. All forms must be returned to the state office no later than April 4, 2012. Candidate screening is scheduled for TBA  from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. at James Rumsey Technical Institute
